28 Mar 2019

There are multiple reasons for an uneven skin tone. The unevenness occurs due to dehydration, lifestyle, aging, hormonal imbalance, and UV exposure. This a common problem today, so most of the people use makeup to correct their skin tone but here are some simpler and natural ways you could get a flawless skin.

Lemon Juice

Slice a piece a lemon and rub it on your face, especially over the affected areas. Allow it to stay for ten to fifteen minutes and rinse it off with warm water. This therapy will help in reducing the uneven texture and give you the perfect skin tone. Do this every day and notice the changes.

Tomato Pulp

Take a ripe tomato and apply its pulp on affected areas. Let it stay for ten to fifteen minutes. Wash it off with warm water when dry. Follow the process for at least one week and you’ll start noticing the changes.

Potato Slice

Take a small piece of a ripe potato and rub it on the affected areas. Let the juice stay on your face for ten to fifteen minutes and rinse it off with warm water. Potato has skin-lightening properties that help to treat uneven skin tone.

Turmeric counters skin darkening and effectively fights pigmentation. It helps to restore the natural glow and treat uneven skin tone. You can also make your own mask by mixing turmeric and lemon juice—or if you have sensitive skin, use almond oil. Leave it for 10 minutes and rinse off.

Green Tea

In addition to all its health-promoting properties, green tea also helps to treat an uneven skin tone. Take a tea bag and allow it to cool in a refrigerator. Apply it on the dark areas of skin and leave for 15 minutes.
